It does adjust the speed, but what does an LPR do?
An LPR regulates the air which is used to move the bolt forward and back.
Wouldn't it make sense that a higher LPR pressure = more force pushing bolt = faster bolt speed.
But yet again I may be wrong on this and if I am, then someone please correct me.
Anyways why does having a bolt speed adjustment even matter? Im pretty sure that the only other gun with an adjustable solenoid like the geo3 is the ego11.
if you want a gun that you can tune in a similar way then get a DM.

The adjustments on the Geo 3 allow you to control the exhaust speed of the air holding the bolt back. The force pushing the bolt forwards comes from the dump chamber, and does not change. You are simply allowing the bolt to be pushed faster or slower by that dump chamber force.

An LPR changes the force on the bolt. The bolt speed may change slightly within a given system, but not enough to notice a difference. The big difference with an LPR change is the force of the impact at the ends of the cycle. To change the bolt speed drastically, we restrict or open the exhaust flow from the solenoid, so it changes the speed to a much greater extent, and affecting the overall "feel" of the shot. Slower bolt speeds equal a less perceived "kick."

Dwell does not change bolt speed, it is simply a measurement of time for the solenoid to be open. A lower dwell simply allows the gun to cycle more times per second that it would with a higher dwell.
