well i work out of town alot so i pack lunches for about 5 or 6 days ahead of time. i usually eat alot of sandwiches but i have been trying to not eat bread. i am having a hard time thinking of easy lunches to make that dont consist of sandwiches with bread. any suggestions?

Slightly healthier version of sandwiches might be whole wheat tortilla wraps. Or if you're daring enough, veggie tortilla wraps.

If you have to choose bread take a Sprouted Grain bread version. It is healthy and better than normal or whole grain.
