geo 2.1 or geo 3 my first high end any help

There really isnt a whole lot of difference between these two. Unless you can get the Geo3 used for $900 or less it isnt worth it. If you want pretty much the same peformance and want to save a few bucks get the 2.1 and call it a day.

like xmagman said, performance is very little difference between the 2 and 3. I owned a 2.1 and now a 3. What u do get with the 3.0 is a reinforced trigger frame and rubber back grip like the ego11. A rubber tip bolt, which I used once, but prefer the original bolt (2.1 is the same face) since i never broke any paint with it when I shot my 2.1. U do get an inline filter now in the 3.0. Main reason I went for a 3.0 was I wanted the Vicious milling and the VGeo2.1 was just a jewel on the body. The SFR is so-so IMO.

To the OP, if you have the money to spare get the 3, if not skip the 2.1 and go right down to the 2 and save yourself $100-$150
