just got another email back, they are having me email another person in the U.S. for a replacement feedneck insert. still no info on getting it out.

anyways, as far as i am mine works fine, though i think they changed some settings because the bolt isn't moving consistently.
edit: fixed the bolt problem, seems the o-rings on the bolt were making it just too tight of a squeeze, the bolt from the original kit (that is at my girlfriends house) doesn't have this same problem, but removing the o-rings solved the problem just fine, or atleast enough to get by until i get the other bolt. now i just need to get to walmart and grab another case to re tune this thing.
