Tiberius Threaded Fake silencer Casing help me out here guys,

Hey there gents, so I got my Tiberius T8 yesterday in the mail, unfortunately, (I already knew this) the Threaded silencer has a small dent on the inside of the barrel, (so the paint catches on the dent)

Becuase its a huge bore its only the bump which actually catches the ball, so in order to make it function All I need to do is push out the dent, my only issue,
How do I remove the outer case to get to the actual "Barrel" portion to bend it outwards?

Hammer?
Wrench?
Drill?
Cement pouring device?
Male Membrane?

Any suggestions?

have vice, and press will do.

its just press fit in.
