Shoebox Shocker, need cockerpunks help

bought one off ebay, at 220 psi it barely cycles, whats wrong, thanks.

I don't know if you are still looking at this thread, but here is a link to Ydna's page on the Shoebox. He is pretty much the Shocker master.

I myself don't know enough to help. Just the design, and history. Not the normal quirks, and such.

Have you taken the gun apart? One weak spot in the shoebox is the firing cylinder. The area with the 4 holes likes to break off after heavy use, and this can prevent cycling. Also, check the blot plunger o-ring. If it's swollen that will prevent full cycling as well.
