Ok so my g3 has been out of the action for far to long. I need to fix it to give to my little brother. Well anyways the Original stock solenoid started leaking, but would still fire 300fps. However I didn't like the leak and I had $35 laying around so I ordered a new solenoid. When that one came in I installed it. put it in and tried to get the gun to fire but nothing happened. the click from the board and the light was lit up so it's not the board. There's no leak on the new solenoid though. I put back in the old solenoid to see if it shot and it shot again, but it was leaking. I'm convinced it's the solenoid is there any o-rings i need to lube in it? Could it be the reg?

Please help!

You can service DP's solenoids, but I'd recommend that only as a last resort. I'd put a drop of gun oil in the solenoid ports, so that when you air up the gun it gives it a chance to un-stick, if that's the problem. Also, how bad is the leak from the first solenoid?

It was pretty bad, i use a steely and it would have trouble going through a hopper and two pods. By the ports do you mean where the little o-rings are?

Yeah, where air enters the solenoid. If it's got the solenoid equivalent of bolt stick, the oil should help that.
