I know I'm not the onlly one out there that lost the "Player's Club'" status when the forums went down. I just wanted to mention that I'm one of those that lost the Player's Club status after the forums crashed.

Ok we are aware of the issue but have been busy on other things as supporting members we appreciate your support very much.
We will looking into resolving this here sometime soon. No exact time frame has been set yet. Once it is resolved we will notify you and work to correct and rectify this situation. I did not come in here to reply because I thought it was just thought that you all would know we will make this right for you all. But I guess I was wrong.
So please rest assured we will be working to resolve this issue, but we still have users accounts that need to be created and resolved. So we currently feel that is the priority and then we will begin to resolve the issues with the PC members.
I hate to say this but on a real front it may be shortly after the new year before this is rectified since it is very labor intensive to research every PC member and their transaction date and then add them with the new renewal date. We will add time for the time lost, that should go without saying, but let me go ahead and address that as well.
Thank you all for your support and continued understanding during this time.
If you have an issue or would like to say anything in regards to this, please feel free to contact me directly. Since the majority of the blame falls on my shoulders over this issue.
I can be reached at : willie@techpb.com or willie.techpb@gmail.com
Once again thank you all for your continued support.

Thank you for the response, I apologize as I didn't mean to be rude. I do understand that you are very busy, however was not sure if this issue had been addressed. I don't mind waiting either, I only wish the best of luck resolving this issue, and a happy holidays.

thanks for the reply Willie
I(we) meant no disrespect and as a players club member(s) and I(we) was just wondering the severity of the situation. I only saw pinned post about fixing peoples post counts and lost accounts. Since it seemed that people who weren't in the players club had priority in fixing their post count seem like a higher priority then people who paid to support the site.
I just wanted to be sure that we weren't forgotten and the best we got was a "we are working on it" I figure since now we got some what a general ideal of the situation it'll help me to get a general ideal of whats going on.
again thank you Willie, I just wanted to know what was going on and did not mean any type of disrespect or rudeness
