Doesn't appear to be, due to the reflective surface, and the Dye logo in the left corner where it usually is.

I love that Rotor, it's sick. I'd prefer a different color scheme on the marker though.

TBH, I think the Dye Cockers especially deserve to be left as a mech. That being said, I dislike most full-block Snipers anyways.
