Usually,I just use a CP one-piece because they are cheap and they are on pretty much every online retailer(I have like 4),but lately I have been needing a good underbore barrel for my pump, because I can't seem to find a CP one-piece under .685.So,any suggestions? My price limit as of now is about $50,but it may change due to me selling a gun.

Disruptive Barrel.
It fits under your price range, and they mostly come in underbore sizes.
They are great.
Disruptive Barrels are high quality barrels with a 6 micron honed bore, same as the CP Barrels, but are very lightweight; about the lightest aluminum barrels out there. They have tons of stepped porting, making it very quiet, and the long control bore adds to it's quality.
Definitely recommend taking a look at them at Disruptiveproductsinc.com

A Lurker Eigenbarrel will cost about $41 with tax and shipping. 0.678 or 0.684 bore size.

Your $50 limit means you are looking at one-piece aluminum barrels, the good news is there are several that will get you what you need. Both Orange Chicken and unfated33 have some good suggestings, I have handled and shot both, I like the Lurker barrel a bit more, though it is not attractive.
The barrel you should consider is the Lapco Tightstick. It is 14" has a .681 high polish bore, a 10" control bore, has nice porting, styled like the barrel from a Thompson machine gun and is avalible in both a polished and dust finish

For pump play The TechT I FIT Kit works great but even on sale at ANS they sitting at $89.
Alternetly you can get a some of the Lapco stuff in .682 sizes witch should be ok. Run just under $50
Or a CP two piece with the .679 bore would work even better and run $58.
