v3ngeance- the thing is though that in the process of signing up for this club, techpb gets alot of identifying info from you.

I think it's a good thing and a bad thing. I was more happy when techpb had it's own corrner in the world and was kinda small. But I am also happy that all of the wonderfull people of the techpb community are being informed and encoraged to go out and play paintball. and newer players have something positive to look up to like mike and be informed on good deals and avoid the not so good items (I almost bought an ion then I was like "wait mike told me not to"). Now I do relize that mike has put in alot of money into paintball for the sake of getting the facts and informing us of them. The downside is now I have to pay $30 to access that I could spend that going to my local feild for a weekend and playing a game of paintball or I could sit at my house on the computer learning about paintball. I'm not saying that mikes wrong to do this hes done so much for us and I also relize that Techpb has been a big investment for him and we should probably help him with that. I personaly am not joining as long as the price is $30 I am not that rich and can't afford it if it was around $15 then I would certainly consider it but for now no. (quick calculation 20000 + subscribers x 30 =$600,000+)

Well, that's your decision. But your math is flawed. You assume all 20,000 have joined players club. The actual number of Player's Club members is around 300 last I knew.
