I was peacefully sitting doing homework with all my new gear next to me including my brand new ninja 68 4500 with a standard regular. I had recently gotten it filled to test out my new gun. I shot it down to 3000 psi. All of a sudden, air was coming out near the bonnet and was probably a burst disk. I ran from my room fearing for my life and it stopped after like 20 seconds. It was really loud and once it finally died down, i renetered my room. THere is no air left in it. How do i tell if the disk is burst because there was water around the reg. There wasn't a chip prior but after ther was one. WHAT HAPPENED. I bought it off ANSgear so perhaps they damaged it before. Could it have been keeping the tank at 3000 psi for more than a week? Could it have been bad filling by my proshop? Could it just be a defect? I never dropped it it was in its originally cardboard box.

Forgot to mention there is red grease coming out of where the bonnet screws on to the reg.
