BREAKFAST:
Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwich
Glass of Iced Tea (0 calorie) or Orange Juice
Occassionally some fruit (banana, applesauce, apple)
LUNCH:
Sandwich (lunchmeat, cheese, mayo, lettuce)
Chips
Water, Vitamin Water Zero, or Sobe.
Dessert (Little Debbie snack or something small.
Fruit (Apple usually)
**I'll occasionally order school lunch, which is usually an entree, Gatorade, and maybe a side.**
DINNER:
Whatever Mom makes, typically a meat, veggie, and rice/potatoes/couscous.
She'll occasionally make something like Hamburger Helper (1-2 times/week).
I'm trying hard to cut down on snacking. I'm just using this log as a place to log my progress, and maybe get motivation or tips.
As a reference, I am 5'10" (maybe 1/4" shorter) and have a fairly broad build. I have shorter legs (30" inseam) and a longer torso.
LOG:
9/25/12 - 199lbs. Really wanting to get down to 180lbs., then see where I want to go from there.
