yes, you will be getting 50% more air. you will have a whole 1.5k psi that you normally wouldn't.

Setup: System X NME LE, Dye Rotor, Guerrilla Air 88/4500 Myth G2
MARYLAND BALLERS FTW

But that is only if your field fills to 4500psi. If you play at a field like mine that only fills to 3000psi, there won't be a difference. The 50/4500 would fit just a teeny bit more air than a 48/3000 if they were filled to the same air pressure.

I'd get the 68/4500 if your field only fills to 3000psi because you'll get better efficiency and if you don't like it the 68/4500's are easy to sell because everyone wants one.
Go watch mike's tank size video on youtube if you haven't already seen it.

It's not more efficent, just higher capacity.
And do you like how long the 48/3000 tank feels? A 68/4500 is nearly as long and I would recomend that if you are 5'8" or taller. A 45/4500 may be nice if you like a slightly tighter feel or are a touch shorter than 5'8". The 50/4500 is kinda short. I'm 5'10", and find them awfully small. If it works for you, then great. If you are my height or a little taller, look at the ninja durra 77 (ermahgerd it's perfect for me) or a 90/4500 if you are a tall fellow.

I like my 45/45 and I'm 5'11". Thinner than a 68/45 but still a nice length.

The gold standard isn't what is most popular.By that logic, Justin Beiber is the gold standard of music.
