DeviantArt
DeviantArt is a good resource for many things graphic design related. To search for brushes or fonts just type whatever you are looking for +brushes/fonts (for example - search for blood splatter brushes will bring up photoshop brushes that you can download from the bar on the left). This website is also a good resource for reference material and tutorials.
Remember guys, give credit where it is due. If you design a Jersey for your team, it wont hurt you at all to list the creator of the fonts or brushes that you used somewhere on the jersey as a sponsor. Also you should send the creator of these files an email with a picture of your work (jersey/website) so that they can use it in their portfolio. They helped you out by giving out free resources, help them out by giving them credit and helping get them their next job.
Please post your favorite websites to read and learn about Photoshop as well as graphic design and such.
