Alright, I'm going to start a small blog here for the "Paleo Challenge". This is basically a challenge, to eat as healthy as possible, for 9 weeks

The goal of this is to lose as much weight as possible, eating as clean as possible.

The "paleo" part is basically you try to cook and make all your own foods, as close as you can get to them being "natural".

Right now I'm sitting about 225 pounds, 19.4% Body Fat. I'd love to get down into the low teens, or even 11 to 12 percent range. We'll see

Got a feeling "Sleep apnea" is creeping up my cortisol levels, so I might need to get it checked out.

I'll post up my daily roses and thorns, and we'll see how this works out. Official weigh in tomorrow

I believe you can do it. it wont be the first time your losing weight, but make sure you track your MACROS because no matter how natural you eat you need a caloric/ carb deficit.

Good luck, 19.4% isn't that high to begin with anyway.

If I didn't have to use the base DFAC for most of my food, I would have been doing this months ago. I try, but sometimes when you are only left a choice of spaghetti or chili mac, it doesn't work out.

Good luck, though. I'm interested to see how it works for you, Mike. And you too Drexler.

There are 2 kinds of people in this world. Those who think they can and those who think they can't. both of them are right.

Walmart. I'm not super strict when it comes to paleo. I just cut out breads and the like. No salt on any nuts. Beef jerkey is hard to find in low sodium so I'll eat it that way.

What? Considering I don't consume much salt with the exception of beef jerkey for lunch twice a week I really don't think it matters.
