Raspberry ketone has been disputed, and some claim it has been debunked as a fat loss aid. If you want a supplement for this, green tea extract actually has some clinical trials behind it. Not saying that raspberry ketone doesn't work, but there have been no human studies meaning all evidence is currently anecdotal. It does contain antioxidants so there may be some health benefits, but again green tea and green tea extract are known for this as well.
