what's considered a good shoe for paintball? i mainly play speedball

non metal cleats mike recommend the nike landsharks so I would try those out.

I tried out several cleats and I found that the Exalt cleats work the best. The only issue I found is that the lack of spikes on the heel makes sudden stops a little tricky.
