watched topic option suggestion please consider

In the BST forum, I want to be subscribed to threads to receive immediate email notifications so that I can be as fast and professional as possible when dealing with buyers and sellers. When I'm watching a thread that I posted an offer on a gun that is for sale, I would like to have the option to Watch the topic with immediate email notification if the SELLER ONLY (topic starter) responds. Please take this under consideration.
