Is there an NXE insider? What is the real story on JRNY?

I really don't care much about when or even if the NXE JRNY comes out. I would just like to know if there are any paintball industry insiders that can tell us what the problem is.
Is it technical? Is there some technical glitch that they just can't get past?
Is it legal? Are there parties throwing lawyers at each other?
Is it financial? Is NXE unable to get the capital to go in to production?
Can anyone with actual knowledge of the situation tell us what the problem is?
No one from NXE will say in public what the deal is. I quit reading PBnation because morons keep giving legal/technical/financial opinions. If I wanted more of that I would read the Wall St Journal.

honestly ive lost all interest in the JRNY, had they released it right after all the hype about why it wasnt being released, they probably would have had huge sales. Not so sure now that its been so long, i think most people have forgoten about it. i know i sure had before i read this
it would be nice to know wtf is goin on with them though.

I can't agree more. I've not lost interest...I had hardly any to start with. I'm just really curious how it all got derailed. NXE had teams playing with them, full page ads...the works. Now they act like they never heard of it. They've got a fair chunk of change in it...that's just gotta hurt.
All you get is baseless speculation from people who have no damn idea what so ever. I was hoping someone that knew the story would spill it.

NXe prides themselves in high quality products with little to no defects. One would assume that the loader is not meeting those high standards.
If they gave in to everyones "begging" of the loader to come out and the loaders were not to their standards, now they have another mess to deal with people.
Has anyone doubted NXe before? I think not. Let the magicians work their magic out.
