I'm dying out here the past 2 weeks. I need some common foods that are within an except-able range for loosing weight! Going from 70% carbs to an apple and some yogurt isn't fun :(.

I agree with eggs, but I get tired of it sometimes, and 1 slice of turkey bacon has the same amount of protein as one egg.

I've been eating eggs for breakfast, almonds, and some fruit. Thanks for the extra ideas. The only thing is I love watermelon and cantalope. They are high in carbs :(. I will try some of the other stuff.

Eggs are good, if you ever get bored with them try hot sauce. Or some sort of seasoning, I can't stand just plain eggs, they have to have some sort of other food or spice offset the taste.
Current setup: WGP Trilogy, CCM S6, Ion Xe

I may even try eggs and ketchup. Never tried it, but a lot of people like it.

I eat vegan burgers, and they only have 8 carbs a burger.Eat it bunless with a little bit of barbecue sauce and turkey bacon.Other than that, eggs are good with a little shredded cheese and hot sauce.Even cut up a little bit of t.bacon and put that in it.Turkey bacon FTWL!(for the weight loss)
