What do you guys do to get rid of sore muscles? I go to the gym 3 times a week but after a day of paintball I find myself sore as all hell and on a day like today I just dont feel like going despite knowing I should... I know theres a rest period but I like to go consistently.

stretch, drink a lot of water, and invest in "the stick"!https://www.thestick.com/.
This thing saves my life during my college football season, and paintball! rub out tight muscles for 20 or so seconds and repeat throughout the day as needed. i was amazed at how it relieved tight and sore muscles!

Stretching & water work well after you play.
They work GREAT before you play.
