Hey I was doing some drop tests with my Rotor today to see if it would jam and it was jamming a couple time. Of course its a V3, batteries are fine, loader is clean. Mine is jamming in between the wheel and the arm, like the arm is catching on the paintball and pushing it up against the wheel, is this normal for a jam??? And there is no tension when I try to unjam it with the unjamming fin so it won't work.

That's where it normally jams.

What kind of paint are you putting through it? You need to put good, round paint into it for it feed to its max potential.

Lowering your Rotor tension should significantly reduce your jams. Check out the video below.

my rotor has only jammed once on my gun out of roughly 30 or so cases, but jams during drop tests somewhat regularly. it jams more when it's spins freely at full speed

Oh your cool lol, jk man.

I was using Graffiti with it but I was just drop testing in it, I haven't used it on a gun yet because mine is at the factory but we will see when it comes back. I did lower the tension and it did jam still. The paint is a little what you might say sticky because I used it at a practice where it was around 100 degrees :(

I've noticed that in the event of jams, my rotor spins enough through the anti-jam, that the trigger is almost useless. I go to un-jam, and the trigger is loose through its whole travel, meaning I have to actually empty out the paint, and physically dislodge the paint stuck in the arms.

Mine has never jammed on the marker (30-40 cases). Jams on every drop test.
Seems that the Rotor needs some tension in the ball stack.

I have the upgraded blue soft cycle arm (not sure of the brand) and the thing has never jammed while on the gun
