Any info you need me to supply, I will give to you.

What type of videos are you rendering?
Empire Axe, Ninja 68/45, Rotor, Empire jersay, Proto pants, Proto 3+4, Events

i usually use like the .wmv one, for 720p. its at like 6.3 mbps..
go into custom settings and like bump up the "quality" bar to 100, it usually set at 90...
Thats what i remember, i dont change much else, you can do a double pass render if you have a good PC

Change the height/width to the proper dimensions and it will work for anything you want.
You can up the quality, but it increases your file size quite a bit. Around my percentage still provides quite good quality.

Well I got it for "free" so I really do not care unless there is better software I can get for "free".
