Can't report I'm powerless against the spambots!

So typically I try and report all the spambots I find since the recent influx of them.
However, when I tried to report a few today, I kept getting this screen:

Did I lose my reporting privileges or is this some kind of error in the system?

We're working on things on the back end to combat the spammers, that function may have gotten nicked accidentally. We'll look into it.
