I attempted some dubstep a month or two ago with FL Studio. I only have like a minute long song that is not finished yet but i think i may have been inspired to pick it up again :D

After pawn shop hunting i picked up my turntables from layaway yesterday, got some Stanton T.62's.

Can anyone recommend a sub $100 mixer to hold me over until i can get an M.207 or DJM-350?

i just bought some NS-6's from Traktor
On sale for only like $1,150
With a hard case and cables.

Do you guys like dual-coil in-ear monitors? or over ear?

back when i played in a metal band in ear monitors were a must because of how loud we were, the isolation was supreme. but now that i'm producing over ear is better, try the Xone XD-53's, HDJ-1000 and 2000's and Sennheiser HD-25's. I'm using the Pioneer HDJ-1000's now and I love them.

And i thought you had to use the NS6 with Serato?

New dubstep mix up, i know the mixing is nearing trainwreck at the One Trick Pony to Get Thrilled transition, I got confused with the incoming kicks and it was too late by then :P

Hey everyone! I started up a DJ business with my friend about a year ago. Been doing friends parties and such. I have a Mixtrack Pro (we're just starting up) and I'm pretty good at transitions, I'll post one or two up here if I ever decide to record them. But yea add me to the group!
