Are there any sports that have similar movements to airball? Like if you play tennis and, play basketball for cross-training, basketball can help you with cutting and changing direction in tennis.

I would say soccer as it is mostly running and diving.... for the ball I mean.

No, there's no "real" sport that would help paintball. If you want to get more in shape for paintball, play paintball. If you want to get more in shape in general, exercise.

Football? Lots of endurance training and strength, a snap battle is like juking out someone.
If you just want paintball skills, exercise does more. HIIT, squats and ab workouts will help the most. If you are doing any weight training, it's all or nothing. Work every muscle or don't do anything.
