Payin for PC at LL3? Are we allowed to do so?

Hey, I just have a quick quesion: would I be able to pay someone in cash for PC membership at Legends? I'd rather nit go throguh paypal and whatnot...

Wouldnt some proof of residency be needed? like say a utility bill with your name and address on it? kinda why it's done through paypal?

Im under 18, so aside from college spam letters, theres not much I have... Ill bring one along just in case.

Some people don't have credit cards, bank accounts, or simply "don't trust the internet".

legally your not allowed to have a account till your 18

and now credit cards arnt allowed till your 21, if under 21 you need parents consent lol...

Your not allowed to have a credit/debit account untill your 18, you can get a savings with a debit card attatched.
