I have an open class phantom that I bought used and the pump stroke is pretty bad (idk if all phantoms are like that Ive only shot this one). The pump back is smoothish, but I dont have a return spring and the pump back forward is really heavy and not smooth at all. This is my first pump and it was kinda an impulse buy. Will a return spring make the pump back really heavy compared to no return spring? And if it will, are there any mods that will make the pump stroke smoother? Thanks in advance!

I run a return spring and it isn't bad at all, but after shooting a ccm I'm selling both of mine

Yeah im sending mine back to the seller, he gave me a defective asa and reg haha. I bought it on ebay by the way

Lol mine still needs a 90* fitting and ,macroline before my bottomline setup is set and ready to sell
