I discovered that one of my double ninja o rings broke. Is it ok if i replaced it with a regular white oring that i have on my 48 3k pure energy? is it ok if one Oring is white and the other is red? This is probably the stupidest question ever but i just want to make sure that the red ninja orings weren't irreplaceable or something.

I believe that they are the same size but made from a different material.

any size 015 oring will work.
the material doesnt really matter. most tank manufacturers will put on a harder oring for tank regulators, but as long as you use an oring the same size, the hardness of it doesnt matter.

if you want an exact replacement, you can search for 015 Urethane orings or 015 N90 orings.
