Acronyms

So I was riding back from a basketball game and a friend of mine said his PGP was amazing. Now I hadn't known this kid to be big into pb so I was curious to say the least. I asked him where he had gotten it from. The look on his face was something along the lines of Posted Image mated with Posted Image. Now obviously seeing his reaction I was like wow this is awkward. He then proceeded to tell me that PGP stands for Pre-Game Poop and I felt somewhat embarrassed and weird.

So lets hear it! how many times have you mistaken a paintball related acronym or other pb lingo and embarrassed yourself in the process?

haha my friend is seriously into bowling and the first time he said PBA i thought he meant the site! Lol actually it meant Pro Bowlers Association and my dreams were crushed hahaha

Every time I hear my friends talk about someone "having an ego" I can't tell if they mean the paintball gun or just a bad attitude. I've learned to just let the context of the conversation show me what they mean.

Sometimes I hear people talking about "Macro" meaning the economics class, and I get confused.

Pretty much ever word or acronym that has a paintball and "normal" term gets me confused. I always think of the paintball one first, then I'm like wait what??

Maybe it's an old timer thing but every time I see PE I think Pure Energy. Planet Eclipse was referred to as Eclipse back then not PE, hence the big E on the grips.

Yep, PE is Pure Energy for me as well. Eclipse or Planet is what I call Planet Eclipse.

When people say "I am going to PE", i sometimes think of Planet Eclipse.
