Alright, quick break down of my issue,

My girlfriend and I used to go paintballing quite frequently, but due to some unresolved back issues, she hasn't been since early September. Now we live in Canada, and we're sitting at about -10 now, and I guess her Tippmann A5 and HPA tank have been in her car since last we played.

My question is as to whether or not there could be any serious issues with the gun or tank now that it's been left out in such cold temperatures for an extensive period of time.

Welcome to Canada, but no you shouldn't have any issues. I keep all my gear in the garage which isn't heated and I haven't ever had a problem.
