Hey guys I am in the market to buy a lavalier mic. I know they can be pricey but i want to stay under 150 if that's possible but if not then I will pay more. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which one i should buy to have decent sound quality or where i should buy one from.

What will you be using it for? Videos? Live sound? Interviews? For what?

my channel is about golf and i will be doing golf instruction videos so i need something small and won't get in the way of my swing.

What do you film with, does it have a mic input

i am using a sony DCR-SX85 and it does not have a external mic input

So then you'll have to get an external sound recorder, and start the video with a clap (so you can see and hear) to match up the audio well
