Unable to log into account

I tried to log into my account, MooKids, but apparently my password is wrong or has been changed and I forgot it. I tried the password recovery option for both the name and two email addresses I use that I'm sure I registered with but I keep getting a "[#10112] We could not find the member account for the name or email address you supplied. Please verify the information and resubmit the form" error.

Is there an error on my part or was my account banned?

That happened to me, But it ended up that my login name and screen name were different and I wasn't putting the right one in. Did you try clearing cookies?

No, your account isn't banned. Make sure you have the right login info, your login name might be different than your screen name. Make sure you're typing in the right password and you don't have the Caps Lock key activated. Also clear your cookies and try again.

Yeah, I kept trying, deleted cookies, tried Chrome, IE and my phone, no such luck. I'm going to PM you the two email addresses, see if somehow there was a typo in the registration or some other error. I tried sending a mail from this account to MooKids, to see if I would get a notification from either.

If anything, I'll just have to keep guessing as to what password I used.

I sent an email from the address I thought I registered with along with the other, I hope it helps.
