Crossfit 13.3 is-
12 minute time limit
150 Wallballs using a 20 pound medicine ball, hitting a 10 foot mark, going down to a full squat (below parallel)
90 double unders
30 Muscle Ups (yea right, not for me!)
I got the 150 wall balls, set a personal record of 9:42 (previous PR was about 10:22). And I only got 42 double unders. My legs were absolutely incinerated by the end of 150 wall balls.
