wont let me renew pc membership

when I try to pay the invoice I'm taken to a page that reads "[#20X111] We are unable to process a purchase amount that is so high. Please contact an administrator for assistance."

halp please, if I need to PM someone in particular i'll do that, but i awnt to be in the players club and i assume you guys would like mah moneys
