Where in VA? I'm in VA so might be able to pick it up for less?

I'm right near lynchburg. I also commute to the roanoke area for work if you live near either of those.

the lowest I'd go is $20. I also wouldn't be near Lynchburg until around 6pm or so.

sorry for not responding, i've been very busy the past week.

I'm firm at $20 shipped and pp'd. I know it's two bucks, but this also takes into account paypal fees, the shipping envelope, shipping fee and tracking number.

EDIT - Gifting through paypal is not allowed, the buyer loses all protection and we have no recourse if they are scammed.
