If you think there is a problem with a post, you report it. Better with too many reports than too little. That said, post 1 I agree with you, but post 2 I have mixed feelings about. He needed more info, and he gave an analogy. It was maybe a bit condescending, but I didnt see anything "hostile" with it. He seemed to actually want to help.

Gotcha. I though I saw something similar to what he posted in another thread, too, but I couldn't find it. It may have been someone else posting it.
