My favorite lift is the squat, I find them fun and challenging.

The Snatch. You don't show off as much raw power as with cleans, but it's a much more technical lift that requires some agility.

I like the military press, especially when everyone else is weak as eff and I'm doing them no problem.

Clean and jerk

I can do about 205 pounds. It's so technical and explosive, I love doing it!

I second this.

I used to do them all the time in high school and they require a lot of different muscles and explosiveness.

I also find them much more fun to do since they are more complex and technical than say bench pressing or squatting which are the other major lifts.

arnold's shoulder press. My least favorite lift until a few weeks in and now my shoulders exploded. Currently do 3 sets of 10 with 70/75 lbs dumbbells. These helped my bench when I was trying to reach 315lbs.

I actually am going to start doing this exercise because shoulder press strains my elbows too much.

I was also thinking of the clean and press before I read any of this. It's such a full body workout.

After that I would say a front squat.

oh another one, squat cleans

You start with the bar on the ground, you clean it up to your rib cage, squat down below parallel to catch it in the clean position, then stand up

Just MURDERS me, about 30 of those and I'm seeing stars

Hands down its deadlifting for me. It's simple, pull some heavy a** weight from the floor! Works everything from your traps to your calves.

Another one is elevated push ups. Turn 2 dumbbells on there side(so they are standing tall), put your feet on a yoga ball and grab the dumbbell tops. You can do push-ups and go lower than normal to really get a good stretch
