I can do about 205 pounds. It's so technical and explosive, I love doing it!

I second this.
I used to do them all the time in high school and they require a lot of different muscles and explosiveness.
I also find them much more fun to do since they are more complex and technical than say bench pressing or squatting which are the other major lifts.

You start with the bar on the ground, you clean it up to your rib cage, squat down below parallel to catch it in the clean position, then stand up
Just MURDERS me, about 30 of those and I'm seeing stars
