Sorry for asking so many questions but....
Does ninja offer just a reg swap service w/out the Hydro testing?

Yes and it is 10.00 plus the reg plus shipping, call first for an ra#

How much is a standard regulator? And how much est would return shipping be to 46514? (Just trying to get a good feel for total cost. Might just end up waiting till I need to Hydro my tank.

I will check on the shipping on Monday

Thanks! You're the Best!

how old is the system? the o-ring inside the fill nipple is not sealing and will need to be replaced. Watch the videos and replace the o-ring with a 006-90 cast urethane o-ring.

I just got a new pro reg from you, removed all three shims (G6R) when I took it off my marker yesterday, It was leaking out the top. I quick pressed the pin in on a table, and when I let it out, it resealed. Is this normal? (i get scared when my tank leaks)

For the g6r remove all the shims
The pin leak is normal as it did not seal but by moving it it did seal. Not unusual and you did the right thing.

When I put my ninja tank on my shoebox compressor it leaks from the hose connected to the tank. Whats wrong? I made sure that the hose was connected all of the way.

There is an oring inside the female qd, replace it and you should be fine. It is a 010 size.

For the g6r remove all the shims
The pin leak is normal as it did not seal but by moving it it did seal. Not unusual and you did the right thing.

It did it last week, and today as well, today it took me pressing it in 4 times for it to seal with an allen wrench. I understand that it happens sometimes, but not everytime I degass my marker after a day of play.

The open the reg and pop the oring out, clean the pocket and push the oring back in with the pin

I was peacefully sitting doing homework with all my new gear next to me including my brand new ninja 68 4500 with a standard regular. I had recently gotten it filled to test out my new gun. I shot it down to 3000 psi. All of a sudden, air was coming out near the bonnet and was probably a burst disk. I ran from my room fearing for my life and it stopped after like 20 seconds. It was really loud and once it finally died down, i renetered my room. THere is no air left in it. How do i tell if the disk is burst because there was water around the reg. There wasn't a chip prior but after ther was one. WHAT HAPPENED. I bought it off ANSgear so perhaps they damaged it before. Could it have been keeping the tank at 3000 psi for more than a week? Could it have been bad filling by my proshop? Could it just be a defect? I never dropped it it was in its originally cardboard box. Please help me.

If you did not hear a pop then it may not be a burst disk. Sometimes the piston orings do not seal and it will leak between the bonnet and the body. If this is the case then open the reg, pull the piston, clean and lube the orings which should solve the problem.

When a bd pops it is loud and very noticeable. If it is popped you will have to replace the burst disk and the piston.

Yes it was really loud. What could have caused a section of the gel coating to come off???. Super strange.

The link did not work for me the first time but I took a look in the email and got it to work. Did the tank fall off of something? As long as the grey area is smooth it is ok to use but if the under gel coat is damaged then it needs to be checked and repaired.

Since the tank is new and i bought it off of ansgear it should still be under warranty right?? I live in the chicago region and was wondering if i sent it to you guys on sunday for repairing the gel and regulator (I am uncomfortable touching the reg), when would i receive the repaired tank? Would the repairs be covered by warranty? I have a paintball thing that i have to go to on december 22nd and if the repairs will take longer ill probably buy a new 50 45 ninja tank from a local proshop (to compare 68 and 50), send the broken 68 45 in, and when the repaired one comes back i will decide which one to sell depending on comfort level.

The grey are is exposed. It rolled and hit a hard surface which is why the gel came off. I still have the outer pieces. Since the tank is new and i bought it off of ansgear it should still be under ninja's warranty right?? Also, if i send a tank in to repair, can ninja test it out with air pressure because i am totally afraid that something terrible happens when i go play with it.
