the threads of both bottle an reg are fine, it is the oring that seems to be too big on that bottle.. with the 110 it completely screws in.
i will now try out a 015 oring right now

each bottle will have an o-ring size and what i have listed is what is most common. I do not know what the new safer o-ring size should be but i know they machined it to a set size- contact them for an exact match.

good luck and remember there should be NO gap - hold it up to a light and you should not see anything between the reg and bottle - if you do then the air will push the o-ring out and pop!

Yeah, stop stalking him, that's my job.
On another note, I got a 90/45 in a trade, but the reg isn't loctited on, and whenever I screw the bottle into my ASA, I have to unscrew the bottle so I can grab the reg to get enough leverage to unscrew the reg. What would it cost to get it loctited in place? And is it possible my ASA is messed up? Or does the threading on the bottle just make it easier to unscrew the bottle than the reg, when it's not loctited on?

where are you at now, IL or TX? if IL com eon by and i will get it on. If TX the pm me and i will get you an ra# - have to pay shipping both ways
sounds like the threads on the ASA may not be correct - lube those threads next time and see if that helps

is there a plan to make more of the 49ci tanks? The 50s are too short and the 45s are too long...
Thanks!

Thanks. I'd rather not order from outside the UK, so I think I'll have to give BZ a call and find out when they get them back in stock, dosent look like NPF sell Ninja unfortunetly.
Thanks again.
