thank you very very much for the quick reply!!
the threads of both bottle an reg are fine, it is the oring that seems to be too big on that bottle.. with the 110 it completely screws in.
i will now try out a 015 oring right now

each bottle will have an o-ring size and what i have listed is what is most common. I do not know what the new safer o-ring size should be but i know they machined it to a set size- contact them for an exact match.

yes i know this that is why i am asking.. from all 112 , 111, 015 and 110, the best fit is with the 110..
the 112 and 111 get pinched between the reg body an the tank neck.
i will test it this weekend. if you ever get your hand on one of this tanks can you check it please.
thank you very very much for the help..
I have already loved your regulator and i haven't used it yet!!!!

good luck and remember there should be NO gap - hold it up to a light and you should not see anything between the reg and bottle - if you do then the air will push the o-ring out and pop!

Gerber, Surefire, TOPS, and Cold Steel all suck the big one. Buy quality products, not junk. :-)

Yeah, stop stalking him, that's my job.

On another note, I got a 90/45 in a trade, but the reg isn't loctited on, and whenever I screw the bottle into my ASA, I have to unscrew the bottle so I can grab the reg to get enough leverage to unscrew the reg. What would it cost to get it loctited in place? And is it possible my ASA is messed up? Or does the threading on the bottle just make it easier to unscrew the bottle than the reg, when it's not loctited on?

another stalker!!!!

where are you at now, IL or TX? if IL com eon by and i will get it on. If TX the pm me and i will get you an ra# - have to pay shipping both ways

sounds like the threads on the ASA may not be correct - lube those threads next time and see if that helps

I'm in TX for the forseeable future, so I'll PM you for an RA number and get it shipped out with my next paycheck. And I'll try a few different ASA's and see if that helps the problem. Just make sure to double check the threads on the reg to make sure I haven't screwed them up somehow.

Ray,
is there a plan to make more of the 49ci tanks? The 50s are too short and the 45s are too long...

Thanks!

Ray, do you know of any retailers in the UK that sell Ninja tanks, or tanks with Ninja regs? Because I've only found one so far and they're out of stock :(

Thanks. I'd rather not order from outside the UK, so I think I'll have to give BZ a call and find out when they get them back in stock, dosent look like NPF sell Ninja unfortunetly.

Thanks again.
