Faaack. Someone keeps wrecking my DJ's. Gonna stick a few pallets in there so they can have a good time digging those up.

So, I royally fucked my Diamondback this past weekend. Managed to bend my highest chain ring gear, bend the front fork, pop a tube, and bend my rear derailer. Took it into the local bike shop yesterday to have them replace everything with some road friendly stuff. It will now be a rigid, single speed, cruiser/commuter bike. 32-14 gearing with 1.5" road tires, Avid brake levers with updated Tektro V brakes.
On the other hand, Im trading my Viking for an 07 Iron Horse Sunday Team edition DH bike, which I will (rather unwisely) be using as my trail bike. 45lbs, with 8 inches of travel on both ends. Climbs are going to be absolute hell..

My local park

Oh and I'm the lift operator for Sunday Rivers Mountain biking trails
trail map
Also you guys got any recommendations for tires and pedals? Currently got cst cyclops tires and they seem to work good unless I go to a park with that weird steel ramp material.

Specialized Hardrock Comps could be found for about that much. Depending on the jumps, they might be a little weak, though. They are mostly XC bikes. Best bet is to find a 24" BMX/DJ bike. Those are usually cheaper and stronger than regular MTB's..

I just need it to withstand jumps, I mostly trail ride. Thats the issue
EDIT: might just replace a few parts on whatever I get. Make it more suitable for jumpin'
