How would they become untimed. As long as the setcrews are locked down, it shouldn't happen, no?

Derp. I meant articles, but my system x pump when I'm dry firing with no air, basically just cocking it to oil the pump arms it feels like it comes untimed.

If yiur cocking rod is unscrewing from the hammer put a couple wrapes of teflon tape on the threads, will snug it right up

I dont necessarily believe suction timing is a myth ive done it before or a least i strongly believe i did granted you dont get some aww inspiring vacuum effect but it does make for zero ball hop which is nice, but then again proper timing could do that too i suppose :\ ah well anyway tuning for extremely quiet shots, high efficiency, speed, etc would be cool.

no updates to speak of, its sitting on the shelf right now. Lubed the lpr, that didnt help. adjusted the hammer till it didnt catch at all, then back the other way, and couldnt get any better results than when I first started.
