I've played a little bit, but for some reason I'm having doubts to why paintball is good and not negative. I know it's kind of silly but I could use a bit of help here.

"It's not the rush, the fun, the practice, the equipment, the bruises, the money, the people, the teams, or even the victories. It's everything. It's our culture. It's the way our index and middle fingers stick together when we hold out our hands. It's the friendships and brotherhoods. It's the sport. It's our lives."

That sums it up

I personally play for the adrenaline rush, and the strong, close, and helpful community (although there are quite a few assholes)

Honestly its decreased my bank account to the point I have no money to hang out with friends. Its takes up most of my time. I spend days away from friends and family at practice events. I destroy my body trying to be the best.

And I have made the best of friends, a new family(bA), and live what I think is the best life ever, the paintball life.

I fucking love paintball <3

You gotta be careful. Don't just go in there with hopes you'll be done in a few seconds, take time, make designs, put your name in it. Whatever. It gets the job done, and you feel good after, knowing nobodycan steal your junk, because your name is engraved in your manhair.

Because of paintball, I have a job as a ref that I absolutely hate.

I am going to write a book on the terrible time I have at my old field where I don't work anymore.

I ref too but you dont have to hate it. Try to find something enjoyable out of every experience in life. I really hate how its so pricey and time consuming, but I couldn't live without it!

I uesd to play only for kill and death ratio. After playing tennis and really proving to myself how much heart and dedication I have I really showed myself everything I have! I now play for whatever team I am on to always get to the front and be the best player and to represent the sport in a great way and to help my team win! Pretty much get the back of the respecting paintball t shirt and that sums it up!

Since I began playing paintball, my life has made a turn for the better. I came out of constant depression and into euphoria. I stopped thinking about suicide, and began looking at life from a different angle. Not to be too dramatic, but paintball probably saved my life.

Why is it good?

It is a sport where I can release all of my rage in a safe manner.
It is a sport where i can improve my speed, coordination, reaction/reflex.
It is a sport where I can gain my physical fitness without doing all the silly thing such pick it up put it down pick it up put it down stuff at the gym.

i am in LOVE with paintball my girlfriend dumped me a week ago cause i never would go and hang out with her and go on dates because i never had any money due to my long time affair PAINTBALL do i regret it???? NO paintball builds bonds between players, and teams, there is nothing wrong with it, but you also got diserspectful people on PBN :P

Glad you're still here :)

I play because It's an outlet from life. it gives me a moment to be stress free, and straight up happy. When Im out there on the field, I dont think about how No one likes to talk to me, because everyone talks to you on the field and staging area. I dont think about how im the shy kid; I'm that mother fucker the will randomly take off down the field, or will come up to you, sit down and just start chatting about paintball. I help people, I kick ass, and I have fun. Paintball has changed me, heightened my instincts and made me a better person. Paintball is a brotherhood, a game, a lifestyle. And, It's the most fun thing in the fucking world!

To the FRONT!

Fast paced, competitive, team based real life team deathmatch without dieing. What's more fun then that.
