I'm going to be transitioning to SEALfit workouts by the end of this summer. So hopefully by next year I'll be in good enough shape to tryout for Army Special Forces.<
Hit 58 minutes on the nose today in Murph.
First mile was 5:55, cruised through the pullups (well, as best as one can "cruise" through 100 pullups- they're definitely my best lift), got annihilated by pushups, recovered well with situps, last mile was 7:31.
The pushups seriously fucked me up, though. I don't know why I was so gassed, but man, I got rocked.
