Should I sell my Etek 3 LT for the Etha when it comes out? I posted up a forum(http://www.techpb.co...howtopic=168254) about the Etha's specs after reading the specs of the Etha do you think that the Etek is better then the Etha? Need help deciding!

Question: Do you like shooting a spool valve? If yes, then do it. If no, then don't. If you don't know, try a spool valve first so you don't make the mistake of selling something that you do like, and getting something that you may not like.

I used a proto slg UL that was my first gun and it was alright and I want to shoot something like a ego and I got an etek I like it but the bolt it loud and the barrel is shit I have a 2011 POPS ASA on it and need money for a better barrel and a new bolt because the stock bolt is loud

Changing your bolt isn't really going to quiet it down much. That's the thing with Ego's, and Etek's, they are loud. You can quiet it down a bit with tuning, and a good barrel with porting.

I have no idea what the porting is like on the newest DYE barrels, but I am sure that somewhere there is a noise chart, talking about one marker, chronoed to a specific velocity, same paint, different barrels, and what they sound like.

I'm not sure. Wait till the Etha is reviewed, it's not like you will be making a huge leap. I think the Etha was priced lower for a reason though.

After looking at the specs of the gun it doesn't really look that great

etha would be great for a budget baller. it has everything a player needs...of course when you already have something similar ( i.e Etek...im not talking about technicals here)... maybe an upgrade is a better choice... Ego10 or geo 2 maybe...

How would you have any idea if the gun has not been released yet...
And its kinda early to do a "should i get this gun" thred if one of the gunsw you are looking at has not been reveiwed or ever released.
