Yeah, especially when the job market is so bad where I used to live in Illinois, you basically needed a college degree to work at Walmart, because so many people were out of work, that the educated people would take any job they wanted. And places like McDonalds know that, generally, the people who are applying there, with a college degree, are trying to scrounge for pennies to support their family, so they're much more likely to work their asses off and do a good job, then some random kid without a degree, who's only making money for himself while he lives at home.
