Leviathan has said that he would limit his SCARAB to 25 mph (from his thread, not sure if that's changed), but since it's essentially a tank, I think that it may be a good idea to slow it down further, to roughly 10-15 mph, still have an edge on the tanks, but make it slightly easier to hit than last year. Plus it would allow a little bit of reaction time if for some reason a player didn't see it and stepped out in front of it. Give them time to move, and reduce any potential injury. Also, I was in Grindhouse when he took it out once last year, crazy hard to see that little thing coming, flag will help, but its much harder to miss that than a tank. So slowing it down would help in all these regards.

I appreciate the outside input. I was hoping to hear some ideas other than my own. Given the rules from last year, I'm kind of worried that the SCARAB may actually be too effective. It's a small hard target to hit with a rocket. That being said, it's easy to hit with a paintball gun. So here's a little tip to you guys and the Grindhouse. I'm going to be controlling it via wireless video from a GoPro transmitted to a wrist monitor. If you can block my visibility say with paint spattered over the lens, the flag will go up because I can no longer safely control the vehicle (same rule as a tank). As for the speed, I'll have the ability to limit it to what ever is necessary, but I think the Ultimate Judge should have the final say in terms of safety when they preform their inspection. The one I brought out last year only had a top speed of around 16mph on that dirt road and I think the Grindhouse actually managed to take it out with a rocket at one point, or at least they told me they did. Also, the video transmitter will have an audio channel so I'll be able to hear from outside the vehicle, so in theory I should be able to hear the thud from being hit by a rocket, or a judge / tank escort can actually run up and yell at it to let me know it's been eliminated.

No I'm afraid a tank needs to resemble a tank.
When I say "walking tank" it really means "human-powered."

as for Paintchucker, I believe that is correct, so long as you don't surpass 13bps, I think you can fire whatever mode you want.
