So I'm trying to setup an account but it won't let me put in a debit card.

the best thing is that I cant become a member. yeey, absolutely nothing works.I basicly cant found my paypal account

when you add a credit/debit card will it take the money out of the card or will i have to add a bank account???

If your adding a debit card, the transaction will be made through your debit card. Money will be sent from your bank account through paypal and then to whom you are paying. Just like when you use a debit card at a store. Your basically holding your bank account in your pocket, you don't have to write a check and wait for it to process.

When I first signed up with Paypal I had to add my bank account since I didn't have a debit card. I would always have to send money from my checking account to my paypal account which would take 3-5 days. Now that I have a debit card, its automatically taken out and don't have to wait anymore.

Also on the bank statement will it say paypal or what ever store your using???

There's no fee to withdraw money from your Paypal account.

You can transfer funds to your bank account or if you have a Paypal debit card, you can use it like any other debit card, takes the money out of your paypal account.
