If I have already posted a picture of the item I am selling with my name date and tpb on it, but want to post more pictures of said item do I need to have name date and tpb on a piece of paper?

No. One picture must have the proper and up to date paper to establish ownership, but the rest can be to show off the item.

No, you don't have to, as long as you have one with the proper piece of paper. But you're more than welcome to have all of your pictures have the piece of paper.
